1. Points redemption is only available for transactions made using cashless payment.
2. Redemption of rewards can only be performed in the outlet.
3. 1 point will be awarded to members for every RM1 spent.
4. Points are not transferable between members.
5. The corresponding number of points will be deducted upon claiming a reward.
6. Rewards are only available for redemption during the next transaction on a separate day.
7. The merchant reserves the right to amend rewards offered without any prior notice.
8. SMS reward redemptions are limited to a maximum of 1 per day with any spending.
9. SMS reward redemption is for dine-in only and not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promotions, lunch menu, festive menu, Kids Eat Free, alcoholic beverages, discounts, or privileges.
10. Reward item(s) are subject to availability and may be substituted with item(s) of equal or lesser value.
11. Mains include Handcrafted Burgers, Fridays™ Favourites, From the Grill, Ribs, and Fridays™ Signature Glaze.
